On May 15 (Monday), at 9 am, the City of Paranaguá will begin the “Yellow May” Municipal Forum program in the city. The goal of the campaign is to reinforce the importance of traffic safety to ensure the integrity and respect for the lives of all citizens. The opening will take place in the auditorium of the headquarters of the Social Service of Transportation and National Service of Transportation Apprenticeship (SEST SENAT) in Paranaguá, located in Parque São João, on Avenida Belmiro Sebastião Marques, 551.

“The idea for Yellow May came from studies conducted by the World Health Organization (WHO) on the road safety situation in several countries. And every year, cities mobilize to identify the most frequent problems and bring the issue to the forefront of debate,” says the City of Paranaguá. “The event will mobilize society and organizations with regard to road safety,” emphasizes the Municipal Traffic Superintendent, Renata Lopes Farias.
