Portions of marijuana, cocaine and ecstasy pills were seized on Thursday afternoon, the 5th, by a team from the Municipal Ostensive Patrol of the Civil Guard (ROMU), on Ilha dos Valadares.
According to the corporation, a patrol car was traveling along Rua 28, in the Canarinho neighborhood, near the football field, when the agents became suspicious of two young men who were in an alley.
The pair, upon noticing the agents approaching, ran away. During their escape, they discarded a black plastic bag, which was seized.
Inside the plastic wrapper, the team found portions of marijuana, cocaine and ecstasy pills.
Plastic packaging, used to package the drug, was also seized.
The agents intensified patrols in the region, but did not locate the pair. The seized drugs were sent to the PCPR station.
